Heritage Hotel, Golf, Spa & Conference Center, BW Premier Collection, Southbury

I had a fantastic weekend getaway at this resort. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that had beautiful views. The staff truly went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience, and the amenities were extensive, from several pools to a fantastic spa. However, my experience was marred by some issues in the dining area and heating that could use improvement.
